It can take up to 2 hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox. If the payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation email after two hours, please get in touch with us via email.
If you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.
In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately prepare all products to be packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
If you place an order outside the UK such as in the EU or the United States, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the UK, there are no customs charges.

At the moment we offer the following different payment options:
Additional cost: Orders within the UK will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside of the UK; there may be additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier within your country and customs and are not collected by Amarachiamans.
Some of our items fit true to size, however other items have an oversized boxy fit. Therefore, we recommend you take a look at the product page you're interested in for the specific sizing information within the size chart.

We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Currently no as all garments are within seasonal collections with launches dedicated to that time of availability.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. Please see our returns and exchanges information and if you need futher assitance contact us via email and we'll provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. photographic evidence of the damage/fault will be rquested for the process of exchanges to begin.
